About Us:

Into Being is a mindful movement space based in Sandringham, Auckland, offering a blend of in-person sessions, livestreams, and a digital class library to support your body, mind, and nervous system.

Led by Kylie Rook, a Yoga Medicine® Therapeutic Specialist, E-RYT500, and YACEP provider, our approach combines the wisdom of yoga with cutting-edge movement science. With over two decades of experience in yoga, dance, somatics, and functional mobility, Kylie creates inclusive, intelligent practices that support long-term wellbeing.
