Movement is innate for us all yet our modern lifestyles leave us sedentary for large portions of the day.

YogaWithKylie is about getting YOU on your mat, allowing YOU to enjoy moving and being in your body; its about helping YOU move, breathe and function better.

I have practiced yoga for 20+ years, danced since the age of 5 and taught movement (yoga/dance) for over 20 years - I was born to move and so were you.

My classes draw on my diverse background which includes Nursing, Dance, Somatics, Yoga Medicine and a penchant for studying how the human body moves & functions.

I am a Yoga Medicine Registered Therapist and Yoga Detourist so expect an emphasis on functionality and strength.

If that sounds intense never fear as I also like to make movement fun and challenging in order to help you discover the importance of free, unimpaired movement for now and the future.

I love to handstand and think its something we should all at least play with. Its great for getting you out of your comfort zone, flipping your perspective on life and getting you in touch with your inner child.

Plus it supposedly has anti gravity properties that help stop the effects of ageing ;-). (Not sure if thats clinically proven though)
